Shipping Information
We ship all over USA and UK with all the major shipping companies. Our warehouses are located in Nevada, Pennsylvania, and the United Kingdom.

Mainland USA: 2-5 business days
Hawaii, Alaska & islands: 4-10 business days
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
Failed or Missing Delivery:
The package will be returned to the sender (Ice Tub) at the customer's expense if the delivery of the package to the specified shipping address is prevented by the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong or erroneous shipping address, absent receiver, etc.).
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:
Please be aware that we do not exchange or refund items that have been tracked as delivered. Due to this, we always advise that you have your packages delivered to a secure location. Once the shipment has been delivered to the address you specified, the shipping provider will mark it as having been delivered. We advise checking your mailbox, phoning the delivery service, or contacting your local post office if your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it.
Tracking & Estimates:
When your order ships, which typically happens 1-3 days after you place it, you'll get tracking information. Please be aware that as the delivery date and time are up to the shipping business, we are unable to guarantee them. The timeframes listed above and during checkout are estimations from the courier and are based on averages. Contact us at support@ice-tub.com whenever you need help.
Denied Packages from Customs:
We do not reimburse duties or import fees. It is each customer's responsibility to pay their countries import fees and taxes. If you decline to pay your duties and your order is returned to us, we will refund you the purchase price amount less all shipping/customs charges. The item must be undamaged and re-sellable for the refund to apply. The exact amount will be given to you via email when receiving your returned amount.
Please note: when a package is returned to us, we pay the shipping twice. Once when we originally ship it to you and once when we return it. Both of these shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
